Our Ministries

The Mom Community - MomCo for Short - is a non-profit organization that encourages and equips moms of young children to realize their potential as mothers, women and leaders, in relationship with Jesus and in partnership with the local church.

This community is for all moms in the community with kids 0-18 to gather for encouragement, friendship, Bible study, crafts, play dates, and more.

MomCo first began in 1973 and was known as MOPS (Mothers of PreSchoolers). It was, and continues to be, a place for moms to meet regularly and to grow together as women, parents, and leaders, with the ultimate goal of sharing the hope of Jesus.

Starting in September 2024, Deep River MomCo will meet Tuesday mornings alternating between meetups at the church building and playdates in the community.
